CRS-2, CRS-2H and CRS-2P

Is a cationic rapid setting emulsion designed for Chip Sealing.  The Texas Department of Transportation lists the typical use of this material for surface treatment under Table 18, paragraph 300.4. page 214 in the 2004 State Handbook.
